  • WEAR RED
    The colour red is pure fire energy and, according to Stephanie, it will literally ‘melt’ fat. Add red to your wardrobe and try to wear something red every day.  You can even help weight loss while you sleep – wear red pyjamas to bed to keep the ‘fire energy’ burning while you rest.
  • SWING A PENDULUM
    A pendulum is often used in spiritual practices – it is believed that the energy you create can influence the way the pendulum swings which can help to ‘alter’ your emotional state. Use a pendulum to help with weight loss by swinging it clockwise with the intention of removing the negative thoughts from your body that caused you to gain weight in the first place. Keep swinging until it stops and repeat this regularly throughout your weight loss journey.
  • BLESS YOUR FOOD
    Before you eat a meal, bless the food on your plate. Thank the ‘higher powers’ who have created the food you are about to eat and ask that the food to be raised to its highest vibration.  At the same time, you can ask your body retain only what it necessary for you to stay nourished while you continue your weight loss journey.
  • POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS & VISUALISATION                                                    On a piece of paper, write the words ‘I will be successful in achieving my goal weight’ and put your goal in big numbers at the bottom of the page.  Put this piece of paper on your mirror / wall or in a place that you ‘see’ as soon as you wake up in the morning.  Repeat the words at least 10 times before you start your day and visualize how you will look once you are at your goal.  This is a very powerful practice that reinforces to your brain that your body is ready for ‘change’.
