  • Next time you visit the shops, park as far away from the entrance as possible. 
  • Take the stairs rather than the lift when at work.
  • Don’t eat your lunch at your desk – walk to the nearest park with your lunchbox and enjoy your sandwich alfresco style (and soak up some important Vitamin D too!).
  • Walk your children to school rather than dropping them off.
