Women, Work and Weight

 Long hours in the office sitting at a desk can be a weight disaster for women.  A combination of being overwhelmed with work-related responsibilities, juggling family time with work time, skipping exercise and snacking from the office biscuit jar can certainly cause your waist line to expand.
