    I have put the leftover easter eggs in the cupboard…at the back…as per your point 3 “out of sight”. I am over thinking that eating chocolate is part of my breakfast, lunch and dinner diets. I must have rocks in my head!

    Sue, this weekend for the first time I saw a sign in a shopping centre carpark encouraging people to ‘park and walk’ rather than try and find the carpark closest to the shops. I think it was tied to minimising the risk of heart disease. Every kg you lose has a significant health benefit – reducing blood pressure, minimising heart disease risk, reducing diabetes risk, etc. Well, now that the Hot Cross Buns and Easter Eggs are out of the way, healthy eating is here again!
