You may remember Heidi from a previous blog – she was an entrant in our Slimmer of the Season competition for Spring.  Heidi Wietschorke, from The Natural Way Ipswich, joined the programme as a result of her doctor warning her that health problems would continue to worsen if she did not lose weight.
